The 12th ECA General Assembly takes place on the 3rd and 4th of March 2014 in Barcelona.
Ahead of next week's event, the meeting agenda for the plenary session on Tuesday morning is now available for download.
In addition to various updates on UEFA and FIFA Matters, ECA Members will be presented with the "Study on the Transfer System in Europe".
Further to recent discussions taking place on the transfer system, the European Club Association commissioned a study highlighting the reality governing the transfer system. The aim of this study, based on real figures from official sources and focussing on a European perspective, is to understand how the current transfer system works in order to provide a more credible and reliable basis for discussion. The full study will be presented to member clubs for the first time during the plenary session. A presentation of the study will also be made during the press conference. The study will be available for download on the ECA Website after the event.
