The European Club Association was present at the 3rd Edition of the Football Business Conference, which took place in Warsaw on the 7th of March.
The annual Football Business Conference is a platform for the Central-Eastern European football market to meet and discuss recent developments related to Eastern European football.
ECA Board Member and FK Ekranas Chairman, Aušrys Labinas, participated in a panel dedicated to Club Business Development. During his intervention, he presented his views on how football is organised in the Baltic States, in particular in Lithuania.
Commenting on the conference, Aušrys Labinas said:
"History has left its mark in the organisation and structure of Eastern European football clubs. This conference is a great occasion for Central-Eastern European football to meet and share experiences. Nowadays, clubs have to become independent and I am convinced that Central-Eastern European football will develop and grow fast."
Furthermore, ECA Membership Services Manager, Olivier Jarosz, took part in the panel highlighting the role of ECA and the services it offers to its member clubs.
