The 15th ECA General Assembly takes place on 7+8 September 2015 at the Président Wilson Hotel in Geneva, Switzerland.
With the start of the 2015/16 season, ECA has entered a new two-year membership cycle. Hence, the two-day event in Geneva will see ECA Executive Board Elections take place. Eleven Board Members will be elected to join the four existing Board Members who represent ECA at the UEFA Professional Football Strategy Council (PFSC). The current PFSC members are Umberto Gandini (AC Milan), Ivan Gazidis (Arsenal FC), Josep Maria Bartomeu (FC Barcelona) and Evgeni Giner (PFC CSKA Moskva). Following the elections, the new Executive Board will meet for the first time to appoint the Chairman and the three Vice-Chairmen.
In addition, the plenary session on Tuesday morning will see the following topics being discussed:
- UEFA Club Licensing & Financial Fair Play Regulations
- UEFA Club Competitions Cycle 2015-18
- Refereeing Matters
- Update International Match Calendar & Qatar World Cup 2022
- Transfer Matters
