ECA is pleased to announce that the ECA Legal Workshop: Football & Tax will take place at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on 5-6 December 2019.
The two-day event, organised exclusively for ECA Members, will bring together club executives and lawyers from across Europe to discuss the key issues and developments in international tax and sports law. Selected experts will share their knowledge, best practice cases and pitfalls in relation to the latest fiscal trends relevant to European football clubs.
Commenting on the theme of the workshop, ECA General Counsel José Luis Andrade stated:
“Taxes have an impact on nearly every business decision taken by a club. We believe that this workshop will offer the perfect platform to provide clubs with increased awareness and knowledge around taxation issues in order to make better informed decisions.”
